I went to the gym last night to meet wtih a personal trainer. We did a VERY short workout. 12 minutes or so. Everything else is fine but when I did squats and then lunges that worked my thighs - OW OW OW OW. I need to learn the exact name of that muscle too btw. I left there hurting so maybe it was overdone but I'm REALLY weak in my thighs.
He suggested a personal trainer through the gym 1x a week. I'm scheduled to start that Monday and my mom is supportive so I'll have the money even if things might be tight. No new Ipad for awhile or a kindle but I think this is worth it. No, i KNOW this is worth it. I am scared though.
