If you've read some of my older entries you know that I hate fruit. I hate the watery over sweet flavor of it, the texture, just everything about it. But I know I need it so my solution: throw it in a blender and call it a smoothie! I made a really tasty strawberry orange smoothie for breakfast that was only 3 points according to my Weight Watchers points calculator. I'm going to do Weight Watchers now too, but without the meetings. I was able to get the material from my mom who did it for awhile. In other news, my mom has decided she really wants to get healthy too, but we have opposite problems. I hate eating right and she hates exercising. So we decided to be each others coaches. I made a workout plan for her and she is going to get after me to help me eat properly. So far she's ridden her recumbent bike 3 times this week which is a big step. So as always the path goes slowly but steadily. Hope you're all doing well too!
