I know some people in my town that have been getting in shape and losing weight doing a "Biggest Loser" competition at a local martial arts studio. I was hesitant to try it because I was afraid the exercise (kickboxing) would be too rigorous. I'm also not sure how much it costs and I'm trying to keep my budget down.
By tracking my food here everyday and doing moderate exercise I am seeing comparable results!!! And even though I don't see the members of sparkpeople I'm still getting group support. I am really hoping to be in great shape for this summer and I am on my way for sure. I am much healthier today than I was two months ago when I started. Yeah!
