Riding the upper range

OK after a week where I did not loose anything (this happens about once a month). I have decided to take advice given many times to me. I used to ride the lower number in my calorie range, around 1200. I have have decided to take a few days and ride the upper end of 1500 calories to increase my metabolism. I continue to exercise and drink my water.

    My doctor just gave me the same advice. I told her that I hardly ever go over 1000 calories a day...mostly between 800-900, and she suggested I eat more to lose weight. I know that sounds crazy, but I am going to try it. I haven't managed to get my calories up yet...I can't eat if I am not hungry or on the go! I wonder if drinking a protein shake or something like that would help, just to add the calories...well I guess the protein wouldn't hurt since I never get enough of that either. I am going to have to check out the labels. emoticon
