5k training

I lost 3.6 lbs this week. I wenthome to visit family and an old friend. Old friends are truly the best ones!! We went to Applebee's and I ordered off the WW menu. I stayed on track all weekend. I went to the first meeting for the 5k training on Wednesday. I'm pretty excited. An opportunity to do something different. It is the motivation that I needed.

Are you doing the 5k Your Way training program here in SP or is it through WW? I walked a few of those WW 5k events last summer with friends as their support team and its a good workout and very satisfying to do.

Enjoy the training and be proud of your efforts to take on a 5k challenge. emoticon
