I'm Slipping in a BAAAAD Way!

Blah. I haven't logged much of anything in the last 2 weeks. I've made it to the gym a few times, but not as much as I would have liked. I'm super busy, working a ton, and have a big event this Saturday I've been helping with. When I'm stressed, I shut down.

I haven't gone tooooo far off the deep end, but I'm teetering. I need to pull it together! I've lost 21 pounds since 1/3 and I don't want to derail now. I have about 100 more to go before I get where I'd ultimately like to be. BLAH!!!

    You've taken the first step to getting back on track by posting this. Hopefully things will slow down a bit after your event today and you can concentrate on your weight loss efforts a bit more. You can do it!

    You'll do it! Maybe just cut yourself some slack? :) It sounds like you have a reason to have been pre-occupied but that event will be over this weekend so you can have a fresh start soon!

    Great job on the weight loss thus far!! ... and I hope the big event goes smoothly.
