One day at a time, one choice at a time. I am eating according to my plan, exercising regularly except for the three day hold I am on medically. In the middle of making such great progress, my atrial fibrillation has decided to act up and I've been having irregular heat beats again over the last couple of weeks. It is worrying because the risk of stroke is greatly increased when this is going on. It's quite tiring and stressful/scary too. Spent the last three days in/out of my cardiologist office, got blood work done twice, and started a new med.
Decided to join the SparkPeople stress challenge and make that a focus over the next month.
I continue to meet with the work weight loss group weekly. Getting support and being accountable. I've started doing more of the cooking again (my hubby had been doing it for a while) as I have more control and am more aware of what I am cooking/eating when I am doing it. I've been losing over 2 pounds a week steadily, have a long way to go.
