Once upon a time, in a kingdom far away...

No! No! No! That's the wrong story!!!

My story goes like this... not so long ago, in a place not far from here there was a girl who was stuck. She had worked very hard to lose 100 lbs and was very proud of her accomplishment but her doctor said she needed to lose 10 to 20 more pounds to be healthy. The girl loved fresh fruits and veggies, she ate them everyday! She ate lean protein and made sure her diet was very respectable and clean. She tried and tried for months to lose those last 10 pounds but they did not want to come off. The girl was loth to be hungry and cut back calories too much so she decided to go on a journey to find an answer to her quest.

    I can totally relate to the not liking running. I don't because I twisted my knee, and if I go running, or even walking too much, it brings back the pain. Losing 100 pounds is a spectacular achievement.

    Don't like running why run, bike or walk.. Gotta do this journey for life and exercise is a essential part- so make it something you like and your friend....
