During the month of February, I went down to 170 lbs. But now I'm back to 173-2 give or take. It might be because it's almost that time of the month :( so I'm not stressing about it.
This month I decided to only do Jillian Micheals DVDS. It seems like a lot of people have lost inches but not too much lbs so I'm hoping to shrink, not length wise thou! HAHA It will be lots of strength training, which I need because I'm soooooo weak! I decided to try doing this because I'm a cardio addict and haven't had much success with this weight journey. I hope Jillian can SHOCK my body.
I'm still struggling to find a formula that will work for me to drop some lbs. I'm tracking my food and calories this month also, even thou it's annoying to turn on my PC. I'm in the market for a smart phone, so it will make this chore easier!
I'm hoping to drop at least 5 lbs this month (x my fingers, toes, hands and feet)
