So my goals for February were to workout for 24/28 days which I did and to hit 146 lbs! Which I did better than and hit 142! For the month of February I lost 10 lbs. It was a really good month. I thought it was going to slow down but it didn't...and I am down now to 140.6! This is amazing because it means only 4 more lbs until I'm healthy! HEALTHY?! Can you believe that...I have never been healthy. So here are my goals for March:
I want to workout 28/31 days! I hope everyone does great for their goals of March! GL.
