this has been a tough journey for me, I lost 20lbs in 2009 and gained it all back when i got caught up in my job. less staff more work no time!! ....I can not allow this to happen i must make time to take care of myself. I did a clense of lemon juice for 48hrs lost 4lbs and decided to kick things back into shape since im starting from scratch. I walked last night for 60mins and tonight i will do some strength training.
I also adjusted my eating habits and started cooking again at home so I dont have to eat out. so currently im at 203lbs...and soooo ready to reduce it to 150 by my 36th birthday Oct 11 2011.
