This is for all of you that wanted to know how my aqua zumba class went. It was fun and different. It made the moves more challenging because of the water resistant. However it was less intense than a normal zumba class. I would advice aqua zumba for those that may have minor injuries and can't do the normal class. I would also advise it for someone thats morbid obese because it's really easy and fun but your still going to burn calories just not as much as you would in the normal class.
It was about 45min really short, so I stayed for the next class which was water aerobics and let me tell you that was better! I had so much fun and the instructor was no joke she worked every muscles in my body.
