Yesterday a new machine at the gym caught my eye. It's a elliptical/bike hybrid. Basically you sit down on it like a bike but pedal like you are on an elliptical. There are also features where you can do chest presses and other strength exercises.
There are only two of these that I saw. I spoke with the person on the other one and she told me she liked the machine because it is easier on her knees. I decided to try it since it was new and I was dreading my treadmill workout that day, and also because I have been having problems with my knee lately. I did not feel like it gave me a truly awesome workout (I wasn't really sweating much) but it was good for my legs and I got some things done on my phone since I could surf the net. Haha. I am planning a more strenuous workout today - my usual class. If they don't pull me out for a diaper disaster. :)
