I eventually want to get down to 130 lbs. I have already lost 20 lbs. Getting past 161.5 right now is turning out to be harder than I thought. I drink my water, don't eat late at night, and stay within my calories. My problem is with 2 jobs and school and a family, finding the time to exercise is hard. I just joined a challenge to exercise 10 min. a day. I hope that starting little will build to staying consistant, and start losing weight again.
