Today was a good (and tough) one.
Today Ester and I did a challenging circuit. We focused mainly on our legs and boy was it a workout. First, we started by switching feet as quickly as we could on a step. Then, we did some forward lunges. After that, we went back to the step, this time jumping up and over it, landing on the opposite foot each time. After that, we did sideways lunges. Then, we jumped up and down, alternating our hips and keeping our torso straight. And finally, we did some back lunges.
So then we moved out into the equipment area where we did some bicep barbell curls, the Roman chair, and 3 sets of 10 sit ups on the machine.
So it was a GREAT day and we got a solid 1 hour in. To celebrate, we went out to lunch (we splurged) and got some Chinese. I got chicken and veggies over rice, while Ester got a combo plate.
So...our goal is to reach 150 pounds by May. I really think that if we're both eating clean, watching our calorie counts, and hitting the gym 3 times a week until then, we could definitely come close. What do you guys think?
