Taking a page from some other blogs I have read.....thank you all for inspiration ;), I am going to set some goals for March!
Goal: 7lb weight loss
change up running routine...get some hill workouts in there-once a week
Start 21 day cleanse after March Break
I am happy with my schedule in that between shift work, looking after the two children, sickness of said children and managing a household and ensuring that everyone has healthy meals, I have managed to get to get at least one yoga/pilates class in a week. Running AT LEAST twice a week, but would like to have my running workouts up to 3 a week no matter what! I just need to change it up a bit to shock my body.
My other goal is to get one lower body workout and one upper body workout in a week. I am hoping to do this at work in the weight room. This will require discipline as it is so easy to get distracted/busy.
I am learning not to put so much pressure on myself the days that I work as a 12 hour shift does not leave much time to get any exercise in.
I have also been diligent about taking my meals to work! Woo Hoo
