Will I ever get this?!

Been doing some of my famous "spark-stalking" again. I seem to get a little obsessed if I do the whole tracking thing. But I'm going to make baby steps toward improvement. My eldest child and I have decided to keep each other accountable on our water consumption (baby steps, remember!) and we found a cardio dance workout video we're going to start using. We both agree that our favorite workouts have always come as the result of some dance number we've worked on for some show we've been in so we decided to go with what works!!!

    Dancing is SO FUN! It may not be the BEST overall workout but it's moving, burning and FUN! I LOVE IT! I figure I'll work my way back up to Crossfitting & weights. For now, Zumba it is! It's all about the babysteps. If you jump in with both feet hard, you fail faster, then quit faster. GO GIRL, dance your way to fit!!!!!!
