I am a little late with my blog this week....its been a long one. To start with the formalities, on my weigh in day this past Monday I lost 1lb. I had done a weight check the previous Thursday and was at a 2lb loss. Then when I weighed myself today I lost another 1lb. I hate how my weight fluctuates so much, its very annoying. I still have not had a week where I have met the goal of losing 2lbs per week on my actual weigh in day. I have been doing so much more at the gym too. I have set new records for calories burned and falling with in all of my goals but I am just not seeing the results I really want to. I didn't do measurements last week and will this week, just wanted to give it an extra week to hopefully see some bigger numbers. The only thing I can think of that might be causing all of this is my chronic pancreatitis but I am not sure. I am going to talk to my doctor about it at my next appointment. My husband lost another 2lbs this week and is down a total of 14lbs. I am very proud of him. I am starting to see a lot of changes in him physically and its really amazing, even after just 14lbs...I cant imagine one he gets to his goal weight. I did something to my back last week...I'm not sure if it was at the gym or what but my lower back is extremely sore and I'm having a lot of pain in that area. I cant bend over and it takes me like 5 minutes to sit up. I have a chiropractor appointment tomorrow so hopefully they can find out whats going on. Needless to say that made it a little difficult at the gym for me, but I still powered through it! I guess to end things on a positive note and think in a positive manner....even if I only lose 1lb a week it is still a weight loss. This is a true lifestyle change and not just a short term diet so if it takes me a little longer to get there, I think I am ok with that. Just as long as I actually get there!
