So I started my journey about 45 days ago by starting to watch what I eat and the portions I was eating. I started off weighing about 280 pounds. After 15 days just by portion control I was able to bring my weight down to about 268.5 pounds. At that time I decided that I would take my body measurements before I started the P90X program.

Overall I am pretty proud of my results as I am doing the Lean version of P90x for losing weight and not the Classic which is for building muscle. My roommate has even said that she has started to notice some Ab definition starting to happen. I can't wait until another 30 days go by so I can compare what other changes have happened since my original measurements.
