week 5 of FIT

This is a repeat of the week I of the Fit program. The big difference for me is the adding of consistent exercise, both cardio and strength.

The plan is to walk 3-5 times per week; not counting the dog walks. additionally I need to add some form of strength training, maybe with dumbbells (since I have a1lb pair at home).

    sounds like a plan! you might also try some light yoga--it's great for strength training and will help you feel balanced as well. :-) emoticon
