It's March 1st. Things have settled down a bit here so it's time to start focusing on fitness. This time it's hopefully going to be a family effort. The focus will be on exercising daily, logging our food intake, and getting enough water.
Stress has been a huge factor of late and it has no doubt caused bad habits to re-occur. I hope to try again for a daily blog, but if it doesn't happen...oh well.
I think we'll try to do a "starting weigh in" tonite!
