Logging good stuff instead of whining

Monday was a busy day, and it's also the day I have scheduled for weights and a walk/run. My Monday became even busier with an after-work activity I hadn't counted on, which put me home finally at 7:45.
I thought about skipping the workout, and going T/Th/Sa this week instead of M/W/F. And then I figured - it's not THAT late, just get it done. So I did.
It was a great feeling to go to bed knowing I had completed both the weights and a 2 mile walk/run (and along the way to think hey, this seems to be going better than usual). It helps to have a pair of dogs staring me down when I'm tempted to skip the walk...
