I'm having to re-start, because I feel like I missed too many workouts the first time through. First, I hurt my back and it has bothered me off and on ever since so I have started modifying the moves. Second, I came down with a migrain that knocked me off my feet for a solid week!
Oh, and I weighed in at the end of the month and have GAINED WEIGHT!! ARGH!!! I am now sitting at 193.2!! WHAT?!?!?!
SO, here I go again! I hope to have a very successful next four weeks!
