As I get ready to head out on a cruise with my wife, I find my thoughts turning to "How can I keep this going on the boat?" A quick look at the boat's website and some vids on YouTube show a pretty advanced fitness center - much more than I'm accustomed to seeing on vacation at some of the All-Inclusives I've visited.
The goals for the cruise will be:
- Work out every day
- Stay busy and active
- Adhere to the eating habits I've formed
-1-2 drinks per day max
WiFi and Internet access is ludicrously expensive on the ship, so I'll be offline and completely unplugged for the duration.
