Yeah me! I reached my February 2011 goals.
Since it is March 1st, it's time to put my March 2011 goals down in writing.
Read 1 chapter of the Bible daily.
Read Examining the Scriptures daily.
Prepare for all 5 weekly religious meetings.
Lose 8 lbs.
Do cardio 30-60 minutes 5 times a week.
Strength train 20-30 minutes 3 times a week.
Drink at least 8 8-oz glasses of water daily.
Stay within my calorie allotment daily.
Get 7-8 hours of sleep nightly.
Spend quality time with my husband, 2 sons, family & friends.
Call my parents every week.
Take some "me" time daily (even if it is only 10 minutes)
Be thankful for the progress I am making.
Remember that success is not perfection but progress!
Practice speaking Spanish 5 days a week.
