I'm the only person I know who can exercise 1 - 2 hours a day, eat fairly good (most days I eat really good, but then relapse for a day or two) and still not lose weight!!! I got a gym membership so I could get motivated to exercise (which before was maybe once every two weeks). I'm loving the membership and really pushing myself with the exercise, but I jumped on the scale this morning and had actually gained a pound!! I know, I know, muscle weighs more than fat, but this has been happening for three weeks now!! UGh! OK, I've vented. I WILL NOT LET THE SCALE DEFINE ME. Something's gotta give, right?
