March Madness: 28 days diet makeover

Day 1
I didn't follow my weight loss plan at all in February. I ate good and bad (mostly bad). I exercised 2/3 month everyday. But I still gained weight due to lack of willpower and discipline.
Today I weigh 177.8lbs. It is 14 pounds up since I recorded my wt. I will blog every day following my high protein, lower carb diet plan.
March 28th is a special day for me and I am shooting to lose 15lbs by then. I never lost any more than 5 pounds a month so, this will be a challenge. All 14 pounds I gained is not fat. I know for sure, it is about 10 pounds fat gain. (I ate high sodium food for 4 days straight.) So, it will be 9 pounds actually. (That means I should drop 5 pounds of wt within next 2 days.)
My macro for my diet is 50P: 20C:30F and high fiber.
