My granddaughter can say yes and no. When she says yes it is quick and short. When she says no it's more like 'Noooo!' I am relearning how to say Noooo! (It's a lot cuter when she says it) Right now I really want something sweet, but I am full so I really shouldn't eat anything else. So, when my mouth said, "I want something sweet." I said "nooo!"

Now as long as I can keep saying no I will have won this battle and maybe I can win more of them if I can keep using this word. But man, it's hard!

If your granddaughter can say "No" I'll bet Grandma can too!

Sometimes NO is the hardest word to say especially when you're trying to fight off a sweet craving!!! Hang in there because you are so worth it!!!

Who ever would have thought saying no would be so hard but it really is! Good job fighting off the cravings. Our mind plays tricks on us because it is so used to our old habits. Keep up the good work!
