Finally got the courage to weigh myself this morning. What I saw has prompted me to get back to proper eating and exercise. I knew I was snacking more than I should and eating out more than I should, and I knew that I was putting some weight on by the tightness of my jeans, and I knew that once I weighed myself, I'd really have get serious...so I kept conveniently forgetting to do it. But it's done now and I'm determined to do something about it. So I've started recording my food in SP again, I will start walking again during lunch and I will start drinking 8 glasses of water a day, and I will limit my fast food to once a week again. I can't wait to start feeling better and get these extra pounds back off!
