Much better

Monday, February 28, 2011

Okay so my Blood sugars are starting to return to normal. I have been meditating for about 15 min. a day or a short 5 min. if I'm feeling stressed. My DH laughed when he saw me, but since my sugars are returning to normal he's not saying much. LOL emoticon I was really starting to worry about my BS so I was impressed when they started to reduce. I have decided metitating will be a regular part of my daily routine.

On a happier note I will be leaving tomorrow on vacation. (Visiting my Daughter and her family in AZ for 3 weeks) I will get to spend time with my grandchildren, ages 1 & 3. I am sooooo looking forward to this. Brats(LOL) that they are I start going through withdrawls if I don't see them for a couple of months. I love them so dearly and have the greatest time with them. This time I will be able to keep up with them. I will also get to spend alot of time with my parent. I am blessed to still have them both. The only down side is that DH is not coming with me. I will miss him but ...... emoticon
