So here we go again. Did well enough over the holidays, then tossed it all to slack off for most of Jan & Feb. This resulted in a gain of everything I had lost in the past couple of months and put me at my beginning of Dec weight.
Getting back into the swing of things is tough. I seem to have lost my feel for good eating habits. The cold weather & expanded stomach seem to lead to more hunger than I remember. I REFUSE to gain back everything I've lost though!! I did this before & I CAN do this again. Hopefully regaining my diet groove will only take a couple of weeks.
Addiction to hiding in my computer has also brought down my exercise. I'm trying to work more exercise back into my routine. My husbands changing work schedule makes this difficult but I'm going to start slow: parking farther away from places to force a walk, looking into new swim classes (my local pool is closed until May), maybe even *gasp* using some of the exercise DVDs I have. Going to try to add a toddler to the DVD workout...we'll see if that is fun for all or disaster of the Godzilla meets Tokyo type.
Starting the week well, I WILL do this!!
