Talk about being unsuccessful! I like to look at it this way. In the past I would have never have taken the effort to even make a 30 day workout plan and challenge myself to do it. I have still been more active over the last few months that I have in years! And I haven't given up!

I hope to have better success in March. Alot of it is poor time management. Trying to graduate by June has left me too mentally exhausted to even try to workout when I get home from school and the heater has been damn near burning for 24 hours straight everyday due to terrible weather! And the rain and snow is due back my Thursday. ARG! Well.....I'm gonna give my best go of it and hope I succeed....for once this year in doing what I planned for the month!

    You have got the exercise thing down pat! Now for March you can focus on the nutrition side. It will be a winning combination and you will definitely see weight loss by the end of March. You WERE successful with a very important part of the equation - EXERCISE!
