Bowling for therapy, who knew!

My wife and I went bowling this weekend. That was a sight to see! When I was younger and before all my health problems I was a pretty good bowler. But I haven't bowled in at least 20 years. As I searched for a ball, I discovered I couldn't find one that I could fit my fingers in with the nodules on my fingers. I was able too put two of my finger tips in one and just had to hold the ball with two hands. I had to use a light 11 lb ball because of my wrist(use to use a 16) Then I discovered I couldn't do the approach because of my knees and hips! So I ended up walking to the throw line and using both hands and tossing the ball down the lane. At first it was embarrassing and a little frustrating but then I thought, what the heck! I was having a good time with my wife. we were laughing and enjoying our time together and nobody really cared about my form. Needless to say, I sucked. But, we bowled for about 2 hours and I felt like I got a bit of exercise some good therapy and had a good time to boot. We are going to go more often, and who knows, I just might develop a style of my own!
