Good Sunday Sparkfam! I pray you guys are having an awesome day today!! The sun is shining & the snow is almost fading away but there might be more to come.
Its quite alright to be hungry from time to time. But are you on fire today? Meaning, are drinking your water, thinking & eating healthier, having fun & getting some form or fitness in your day today.... Its pretty easy just get up & make a conscious effort think right & everything else must follow. It might be hard the first few times but it gets easier each time. Had a half burger & few fries for lunch yesterday & felt no pangs of guilt but I also had oatmeal, oj & milk for breakfast. I stayed full a really long time. I'm not consciously eating calories that I don't need but I also can treat myself too.
How do you handle your emergencies?
Today its step aerobics for 30mins & walking for 30mins. Oatmeal with milk for breakfast, soup for lunch & a small portion of spaghetti & broccoli for dinner.
