I binged for the last time on Thursday. I had 3500 calories! When I was done, I sat there thinking, "It wasn't worth it." Instead of enjoying the food, I felt disappointed. That disappointment prevented another binge yesterday.
I've returned to 127lbs on the scale, so that was a nice reward for not binging yesterday. It would've been much higher if I had.
I've got my workout routine, calorie intakes, and renewed enthusiasm. I haven't worked out since Thursday because I didn't feel like it. I'm to go again.
If I lose 1lb a week I'll reach my goal by July 7th. I was losing on average 0.7lbs a week in Dec before my plateau, binge fest, and short-lived muscle gain periods. I'd like to lose ANYTHING right now, so I'll take 0.7lbs if that's what I get! If I lose 0.7lbs a week then I'll be 114lbs by 7th July. I'd be more than happy with that progress.
I won't be going on the traditional muscle gain journey of bulking by eating over maintenance and then cutting by losing weight again. I'll do the 3 days at maintenance, 3 days under combo. I won't gain muscle fast, but NO ONE does. It'll take months, even years, but it's worth the wait! This way I won't get very fat.
