Well, it looks like I've done it. I've gone almost an entire week eating nothing but whole foods (foods in as close to their natural state as possible, no cans or boxes or processing allowed).
While the eating whole foods was fine, the planning for it was tricky. I've discovered that planning for 4 or 5 days ahead is not bad, but planning for a week or more ahead is tricky. I didn't realize how sick of some foods I would become (and not my breakfasts, believe it or not). Also, I did not know that I would run out of some food, necessitating a change of plans on the day.
All in all, a success, if my weigh-in is as good as I think it is going to be tomorrow or Monday morning. So far, I am down almost 4 pounds.
