So, I woke up with sore muscles this morning after workout night before, and still tonight worked out. And I have to say, working out after being stiff and sore from the previous nights workout actually makes you feel a lot better, I don't feel quite as sore anymore, but I am sure I will feel it in the morning.
I have done so good on keeping up on tracking my food in my food and fitness journal, and it is now almost 2 weeks since starting it, and I am still keeping it up! I am really proud of myself for that because I have never been able to keep this up for this long before!
I have gained quite a bit of willpower in these last 2 weeks.
That said, I need to get a good nights sleep, tomorrow I am double-shifted at work, luckily I already have my meals planned out. Must now get some sleep before tomorrow... see you soon...
