new video workout today...
"biggest loser last chance"..gotta say, l love it! NOT BORING! i didn't want to stop halfway thru...it challenged me, has lots of room to grow & improve, and a week of 2 alternating workouts on 3 levels....
i feel good!
so tired of repetetive workouts...i WILL do this one again...and again
