2 Eggo Waffles
2 Cups Frozen Strawberries (thawed after measuring)
1/8 Cup Pecan Halves
1/2 tsp sugar
Toast the waffles. While they are toasting, put the strawberries in a microwave safe bowl and defrost in the microwave for 5 minutes at 40% power, stir halfway through.
Pour the pecan halves onto the plate and crush them with the bottom of the measuring cup. Scoop them back into the measuring cup or move them to the side of the plate.
Put the waffles on the plate. Stir the sugar into the strawberries then pour over waffles, sprinkle pecans on top and enjoy!
