Maximized Living Nutrition Plan book

Thanks, from everyone. I appreciate the feedback.

I just bought a book called Maximized Lliving Nutrition Plans by Dr. B. J. Hardick. My sister turned me onto it, It has a Core and Advanced Plan and recipes. The Advanced Plan is all about eliminating the buildup in your body by literally removing Grains, most Fruits and excess Protein from your diet for two weeks. Its completely safe and very sensible once you start reading it and there is still a ton of stuff you can still eat. Once started, this diet drops weight and toxic buildup in your body and allows your body to heal and its just 2 weeks long. I have to do more reading but from what I have read, I am going to do it. This is a book I would recommend to everyone.

    This is not a diet and yes you can drop about 10 pounds during the first 2 weeks. It is a lifestyle and does not heal your body in 2 weeks but over time. My son and I are patients of Dr BJ and have been following the Maximized Living principles for 1 1/2 years.
