I am so happy that February is almost over. I've been walking every day that it doesn't rain or snow. This Winter has been really difficult with all the snow. I live in the North East and found myself indoors more than ever. In only 5 weeks, I gained 5 lbs. but I enjoyed all the cooking and baking and of course, the eating.
Well, now that I'm back to walking, I will try again. Within just 1 week of walking and eating better, I lost 2 lbs. I want to lose 10 lbs and reduce my cholesterol so I feel encouraged now that we're getting closer to better weather.
I know we might still have some snow but we are getting closer to Spring!
