Getting back on track...

This week was rough for me...I did well on Monday but then I have been sick, busy and stressed the rest of the week. Nothing big, mostly just extra work stuff that I wasn't anticipating. I still did okay with what I ate, but I didn't track anything and I skipped a couple meals (something I'm trying to prevent). I also didn't work out at all. I was feeling down on myself about this yesterday...but I realized that I'm not going to get anywhere if I give up...so today, I'm refocusing and getting back on track today.

This is my first big setback...and I'm excited to tackle it and move forward. I've quit workout plans before because of weeks like this...so I'm feeling proud of myself so far.
