It's Friday. Time to be fit. Again.

I've been a slacker this week, but, really didn't intend to be. I worked out hard Sunday and Monday but, for whatever reason, just felt blah. Top that off with the continued "intestinal issues", I just didn't make it to the gym the past three days. Tonight I am going, though. My husband and I are meeting with our personal trainer.

I hope that wherever you are out there in Sparkland, that you are being good to yourself and to your body.

I want to thank anyone and everyone that has stopped by to send me a message or give me Spark goodies. It really helps me know that I'm not alone on this journey.

    Stick with it!! Try to at least walk at home or something, and get in 10 minutes of moving a day, even if you can't make it to the gym. Remember how GOOD it feels!!
