Although I started on Feb 16th I have really just been playing at it. Its been a half-hearted, non-serious venture until today when I decided it was time to get serious and make some results happen. I've been learning the site, finding my way around in it, logging my meals and exercises, blogging and so forth but I have also been snacking on the worst kinds of carbs and overeating carbs at meals. That too is stopping as of today. I'm working not just on creating new habits here but on my motivation and momentum for the coming weeks.
