My expectations for the 5% challenge (ending April 16) is:
1) to build my exercise momentum back up
2) get to know wonderful people along the way
3) to lose about 10 pounds
My goals are:
1) Monitor my eating at least 3 days a week
2) Exercise at least 3 days a week 10min or more
3) Lose 1 pound a week
The reason I want to change my life is for "life". There is no special reason. Ofcourse there are bad habits that have led me here like putting school, work, and others before my health. Also my eating habits and health conditions have brought me here.
But most of all I'm changing for me...my life!
Bring it on challenge #2 water, sodium, and exercise to get us to Cancun!!! Yes just in time for spring break..
