I almost didn't work out tonight. For some reason I just didn't seem to have any energy. My get up and go seemed to have got up and went - when I wasn't looking! First I wasn't going to even stop at the gym. Then my DH dropped me off - but I told him to wait - maybe I forgot my locker combination. Damn, I remembered it after all. Oh well, there went all of my excuses. Changed and got onto the treadmill.
I warmed up for 5 minutes and then started my 5K Your Way Rookie program. The first 2 running intervals went fine. Got a little winded, but that is to be expected. The 3rd interval I almost wimped out - but I stuck it out. Half way through the last 1-minute running I am sorry to say, I wimped out. Finished the last 30 second walking and then did a 5-minute cooldown. But I ran and it didn't kill me!
Finished up the evening with 15 minutes on the stationary bike and 15 minutes of water aerobics.
