Moving Right Along

The scale has not budged yet, but I feel the difference in my clothes. The biggest challenge is drinking 8 glasses of water daily. I've only been able to get to 5!

    Congratulations! As for the water...I drink at least 2 glasses in the morning before I do anything else. Then I only have 6 to go. It's amazing I am now up to at least 8 or 9 glasses per day. My skin looks great and this is only one of the many benefits! Hang in there!
