Hey chick! on the 13 lbs! I'm always on the run, so I do the frozen food stuff a lot. I like Lean Cuisine and Michelina's Lean Gourmet. I haven't been really watching my sodium though so no promises. I have only tried one of the Amy's Kitchen organic frozen foods, but I've read a lot that they are a healthier option of frozen. So if they sells Amy's around you, it might be worth a try! I honestly don't know how they stack up though :(
And congratuations on having your hard work pay off! It's great to hear that those pants are less snug, and I know exactly what you mean :)

For me with the sodium I focus more on the cals, protein and other nutrients first, and days I feel I am able I will focus on the sodium. Right now my cals are more important. As we go along it gets easier. I like Healthy Request frozen meals and Weight Watchers has some really yummy entres too. 2015 days ago
