Yesterday I did do a lighter work out. I walked with alternating jogging laps. I did notice I could jog just a big longer than the day before. Then I did the row and only two machines abs and chest.
Today I play on doing a full two hours or a tad more. I want to do the stair master, laps (alternating walking and jogging on each lap) and a bunch of machines.
My brother is staying with me and so far he has been pretty good at cleaning up and helping out. I came back from working out and he had taken out the trash and washed some pans. My only complaint is he like to TALK but its mostly complaining about the ex and the other babies mommas. So i haven't gotten to do anything crafty this week.
Have been eating properly this week. Yeah
