I am into more regular exercise (swimming) and my goal is to do it at least 4 days per week. I find that if I plan ahead, I can eat properly. Not necessarily hitting ALLmy nutrient goals, but staying within the calorie range. Very excited today about a short 2 hour drive to Tampa to visit with my daughter who is in town on business. YAHOO!!
Does anyone else have a scale that can vary 4 POUNDS a day? Frustrating!
